Get to know Baja’s history through a gastronomic experience. Being located on a península, we are multicultural in our origins and roots. Our menu has a variety of gourmet dishes with a local touch exchanging each recipe’s ingredients for local produce. This gives our dishes an authentic Southern California flavor.
